How do we work?
We deliver our products to Hotels, Restaurants, Gastro pubs, boutique shops and more businesses all over London and Birmingham with our own vehicles. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We strive to maintain consistency and stability and uphold rigorous food health and safety standards.
How do you place an order?

What is our MOQ, delivery schedule and cut-off time?
Add-Olives provides a free-next-day delivery in London with a MOQ of £60 Monday to Saturday (except bank holidays), cut-off time 2am for same day delivery.
Deliveries in Brimingham only on Mondays for now. But please contact us on 02080620757 to know more about our MOQ.
Can we deliver outside London & Birmingham?
We can cover a wide range of areas. Please contact our office on 02080620757 for more information as delivery schedules, MOQ and other important details differs to our normal schedule.
Are there any delivery charges?
There might be delivery charges for outside areas and/or emergency deliveries.
Can products be returned?
Claims for damages, shortages or other issue must be made within 48 hours of delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of chilled or frozen products due to health and safety protocols.
Ambient products can be returned, providing that are sealed and in the same condition and original packaging we delivered.
How do we calculate weights on products?
There are several products that prices are shown per kilo, however the final pieces are of higher/lower weight. This weight will be adjusted on dispatch and invoice amended accordingly.
When we confirm your order?
We confirm your order in the minute of dispatch, and all orders are subject to product availability.
Cards payments are taken at the point of dispatch of goods when final invoice is issued.
How can you pay?
Customers that have been granted a credit account will receive monthly statements and must adhere to the payment terms given when setting the account with us.
All other customers can pay by card when placing the order online.
